Introduction

This program was independently developed in Korea based on our know-how and expertise accumulated over the past 10 years. It focuses on the casting procedure and enables even a non-professional to easily analyze a casting process.

AnyCasting’ is applicable to all casting processes, including sand mold casting, permanent casting, low- and high-pressure die casting, tilt casting and investment casting. Due to its high graphic and calculation speed and accuracy the program predicts, rapidly and accurately, all problems that can potentially develop during a casting process.

Utilizing the Microsoft Windows User interface and menu, the program enables the user to manipulate and observe any desired conditions or results with ease and, thanks to the openGL method used, to enjoy lively images on the screen.

Further, the DataBase program, which provides and manages the material properties of various materials, enables user to understand the material properties of any material user may desire to choose. Anycasting”, which provides a comprehensive solution to problems arising in a casting process, will contribute to enhancing the technological and product competitiveness of the user.
