Aerostat air-photograph system is a system for air-photo graphing from the surface up to an altitude of 1,000 meters with camera mount and camera on the aerostat filled with helium. Aerostat and ground winch system are connected using a cable. Ground winch system consists of DC winch motor to raise and lower aerostat, battery and control panel. It is equipped with wheels for easy movement while photographing. Camera mount consists of two axis including fan and tilt to adjust the direction and is currently mounted with Cannon EOS 5D digital camera, which can be replaced with other camera. Ground monitoring system consists of 15" CRT monitor, image receiver, patch antenna, and inverter which raises 12 volts power for vehicle to 220 volts to apply power to monitor and image receiver. It also has storage space in which a camera mount and a controller to adjust it can be stored. Using a controller, it can easily photograph the target through a monitor displaying images transmitted in real time. Easy altitude adjustment for photographing can make the desired view selected.
