Introduction
New rear-wheel-steering hand powered bike has separated systems for steering and powering to drive, and so it is quite available to ride with only one hand. The hand bike of that cranks are installed diagonally enables pedaling without discontinuation and so it is absolutely advantageous in uphill riding and riding efficiency. Also as rider need to move body weight to the turning direction in order to turn direction, the shifted body weight offsets centrifugal force and so it is much stable against turnover risk during changing direction and so it is available to raise up the eye-level of disabled rider to the that of walking non-disabled persons as much as possible.
