Introduction

GLUE SEAL LINER - WAD & MEMBRANE
is a membrane-based liner applicable to seal dry concentrates
and powdery beverages.

WAD MEMBRANE manufactured from our factory consists of aluminum foil, PE, glassine paper laminated to white virgin pulp board or other backing material. This lining material, applied to the jar by gluing with food approved adhesive (edible glue or induction heat sealing layer), can give complete seal to various containers. The cap design is very important to help our materials to protect your content permanently.

The cap must have sufficient chink, for retaining the lining material behind a retention line inside of the cap, and also the liner should be rotating smoothly in it. The membrane is the very protection barrier and, after un-sealing membrane, backing material, PE laminated paperboard keep the flaver and shelf life longer.

Membrane (part of aluminum foil) keep the aroma of your product,(eg. Coffee, and Fruit juice power. etc.). Great clean backing materials have asolution to ensure that its de-lamination strength is stable without peel-of or stuck-on

Clean operation that has done by our operators is manufacturing WAD and MEMBRANE with no material crack, curl, contamination, and odor, while this materials are showing your logotype to your customers.

Composition note: Glue-seal can be composed with verious materials or plastic substrates as this should be sealable at GLASS or you can also use induction heat seal coating liner for PE,PET,PVC, GLASS, PP, PS etc..
