CASTIS is specialized in the "Total Solution of Broadband Digital Video Service" with its main services for VOD and IPTV, the core of the digital broadcasting-telecommunication convergence sector, and for the video server, the integrated service management system and relevant applications.
By developing and commercializing VOD(Video on Demand) and BAS(Broadcasting Automatic System) services in 2002, CASTIS opened a new era of the video server solution.
Upon commerialization of those services, CASTIS has supplied "Automatic Programming Controllers(APC)" and "Terrestial Retransmission System" to many of cable broadcasting companies in Korea. It has also supplied the VOD systems and the IPTV system to KT and SK Telecom, leading Korean telecommunication industry, and provided the "Digital Cable VOD system" to C&M communication and Qrix, major MSOs(Multiple System Operator) in Korea. It exports related solutions, such as INBS and "HOtel VOD Systems", to Netherlands, Japan and Singapore.
Castanets??, an integrated digital cideo service solution of CASTIS, has the open system structure with commercial hardware. This flexible feature gives the system advantages for gradual expansion of services of services and adaptability to any kind of content service.
