1. A select high-quality beans
On the base of the Brazil's Santos, a neutral with a heavy-touch as in the Colombia's Supremo,
which is rich in the very natural taste of the coffee and aroma, the point coffee bean is used to
blend the features of the beans (ex: the Mocha-Java -the Ethiopia's Sidamo Yirgacheffe/ Espresso
-the Tanzania's SHB AA). - The base bean balances the taste and the aroma and the point bean
captures the character of the taste to deliver the coffee rich in various flavors.

By inheriting the roasting secrets learned through the experience of years from Seattle's renowned
Mcnulty coffee house with the headquarters', the Mcnulty provides the carefully- and evenly-roasted
beans that leave no impure tastes that can be only found at a hand-roasted bean coffee shop. Our
roasting degree follows the European French roasting style, and the bean is roasted stronger
compared to the one in the US's City roasting style(gotten popular by the Starbucks Coffee). This
explain the Mcnulty's sweet touch following the slight sour and then bitter tastes with rich texture
when even the same beans of the same portions are blended.
