How can I edit my account information? |

If you want to change your account information, such as
your e-mail address, phone number, etc. please do as follows: |

1. Sign in and go to [My Page]
2. Click [Edit Account Information]
3. Enter the new information
4. Make sure all the new information is accurate and click [Register] at the bottom.

Can I change my member ID? |
|

We are sorry to inform you that your ID cannot be changed. For security reasons, all GobizKOREA
account information is tied to individual member IDs. However, you can sign up for
a membership with a new ID. If you are not going to use the old ID, contact us at
contact us and we will suspend the use of the old ID.
Please write "Changing the member's ID" in the subject area of your inquiry form, and inform us your new and old IDs in the text area.
