[ Description ]
LOTRYL® 24MA02 is a random copolymer of ethylene and methyl acrylate produced by high-pressure radicalar polymerization process.
[ Applications ]
Due to the high methyl acrylate content, LOTRYL® 24MA02 can be used for applications where softness, flexibility and polarity are required. Typical applications are flexible film, polyesters modification and cable compounds.

[ Processing ]
LOTRYL® 24MA02 can be processed with standard polyolefin equipment up to 300°C and it is recommended to purge the equipment after a run is completed.
[ Storage, handling and safety ]
LOTRYL® 24MA02 should be stored in standard conditions and protected from UV-light. Improper storage conditions may cause degradation and could have consequences on physical properties of the product.
Safety data sheet as well as information on handling and storage of the LOTRYL® 24MA02 is available upon request to your ARKEMA representative or on the web site www.lotryl.com.
- Superior in quality consistency & adhesive bonding
- Lower density than EVA foam like mPEvarying peroxide or BA
- Potential benefits for CMP process -> Better definition without buffing process
- Very high resilience
- More effective resin to soften EVA foams for given density
- Balancing split tear and compression set is more important in EMA/EVA
