Introduction

ZERONY T-Pad Series is a thermal interface sheet containing high thermal conductivity and good vibration damping properties simultaneously.  Two types polymers are used as base materials laminated with releasing films. Modified-butyl rubber and modified-silicone rubber are compounded with high functional ceramics and additives.  They can reduce solid-borne noise effectively and transfer unwanted heat to outside.  Particularly, they have self-adhesiveness, so they can be installed easily.

Instruction for Use

1. Cut with scissors, knife or die to the desired size

    and shape

2. Remove dust, grease, moisture and other foreign

    matter from the application surface.

3. Put or apply ZERONY T-Pad on the plate

※Caution : Don’t put heavy matter on ZERONY T-Pad series.
