Introduction

ZERONY COMBO Series is sound absorbing and insulating sheet containing sound absorbing, vibration damping, and sound insulating properties simultaneously. Two components are laminated in a integrated form, where polyester or polypropylene - based sound absorbing material of excellent sound absorption efficiency is attached onto damping sheet of excellent sound insulating and vibration damping efficiencies.

 Particularly, polyester or polypropylene fiber based material used for sound absorbing material is sound absorptive and heat insulating material of excellent fire resistance and is a new harmless material of environmental affinity, and ZERONY Sheet PS Series or B Series is used for vibration damping material, and is a functional material of fire resistance and superior noise insulating efficiencies.

     B : Modified butyl rubber-based damping sheet, 2mm

     T : TPR resin-based damping sheet, 2mm

     W06 : PP based MB non-woven, Websuler 600G, 10mm

Delivery Form

Sheets or rolls in cotton boxes. (generally sheets)

Sheet size : PF series - 1000mm x 1000mm

                 BW or TW series - 500mm x 1000mm

Other sizes and die-cut shapes on request.

Instruction for Use

1. Cut with scissors, knife or die to the desired size and shape

   before the release paper is removed.

2. Remove dust, grease, moisture and other foreign matter from

   the application surface.

3. Peel off the releasing paper.

4. Apply  ZERONY COMBO Series with proper pressure.

5. When necessary, use tack, self-tapping screw or other form

   tiers.
