PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Introduction

This specification applies slotted core.
Hyesung.s .Slotted Core. which is made of a tension member covered with extruded polyethylene with some grooves having Z, S, and SZ rotating direction. Is used in optical fiber cable.

Features

High precision in the pitch of the outside diameter, groove dimensions and other dimensions ensures easy bundling of fiber ribbon.

Since strong adhesion of the tension member located in the center to the surrounding polyethylene coating minimized thermal shrinkage. this ensures stable quality for the optical cable.
A wide range of tape core sizes are available, with the number of cores ranging from a few cores to a large number of cores.
Use of the glass FRP and the aramid fiber FRP in the center enables the production of lightweight, electrically non-conductive optical cables.
Use of special polyethylene ensures excellence in surface roughness in the groove, a feature required for tight structures.
