CTHC Series High Speed Granulator Features

This is most suitable for large parts and large volume crushing in a shortest time by its high speed rotating power. The rational design by 3D engineering and simulation is realized. Selected grade material and CNC machining it ensures superiority in precision and sustaining even quality machine in mass production. To reduce noise occured in crushing large parts at high speed the cutting chamber is made with casted iron of thicker wall. For prolonged durability of knives the material is SKD 11 grade followed by heat treatment. In addition, for its easy and convenient detachment the used knives can be reused after grinding resulting in drastic saving of maintenance cost.

• S Type
  Suitable for soft plastics such as common plastics(PP, PE, EVA, PVC, PU, ELASTOMET), vessel class of soft plastics
• R Type
  Common plastics(ABS, PS, SAN, POM, PMMA, PPT) and so on, Engineering resin(PA6-66. PBT, PPS, PI, PET(GE, MF)), PC Special resin, Liquid Crystal Plastics(LCP) and so on. Suitable for volume and extended products required heavy load, and for lump state material
• C Type
  As the modified type of "R" Type, it is easier to maintain job while sustaining features of "R" Type
