PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

It is a specialized equipment for production of bladders, an inner mold used for tire manufacturing.

Specialized equipment for Bladder which is the inside mold to produce Tyre.

▪ Constructed by H’yd control type using servo valve which operates with exact oilflow and pressure.

▪ In order to inject with two injection units simultaneously, used the motion system to minimize injection deviation during injection.

▪ In order to keep the same temp. of working oil, equipped the extra cooling pump to reduce the problem caused different temp. of working oil.

▪ Equipped the moisture filter to move out the moisture from working oil.

Features

Implementation of precise flow and pressure by servo valve in a hydraulic control system. Simultaneous operation of two injection devices through motion system minimizes injection deviation.
Separate installation of cooling pump minimizes operation abnormalities due to temperature change and maintains proper oil temperature.
Moisture filter eliminates moisture in working fluid
