PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is equipment that cuts rubber which is put into rubber molding for press in a fixed quantity / desired shape.
This equipment designed and manufactured in order to increase the production by minimize of operator’s ability with being possible to produce continuously.
Also the cutting size can be stabilized by automatic system, and high accuracy for products can be done by consistency & accuracy of equipment which can control the temperature easily.
Without pre-heating process and with reducing the cost of material using this equipment, the total production cost can be decreased.

1. Guaranteed cutting weight with high accuracy (+ -1.5%)
2. Installed scale function to simplify work processes. Weight can be assured with the set without additional weight guarantee. (optional)
3. Since the extrusion and cutting system is under servo control, data can be saved and work can be done without any setting for the next work.
4. Saving operation conditions (20 SET) through the touch screen monitor makes it possible to save the setting time of the same item operating conditions in the future. Also, 195 registered messages for operation and problem situations allow for quick responsiveness. 6. Computer communication is possible, so data can be transmitted in real time from the computer room, allowing for efficient production management.
