Grease Trap is a device for filtering the grease produced in restaurants and kitchens. When the water polluted from processing food runs through the grease trap, the grease is separated from the water because of the difference in density between water and oil.


This product serves the function of separating grease from water. It prevents the grease from running into the sewage and clogging the pipes by settling and solidifying in the pipes and also prevents both pipe damage and the water from flowing back. In addition, this product prevents costs occurring from possible pipe repair work and also protects the environment by preventing unprocessed polluted water from being released directly into the environment.

1. Separately installed air-intake-hole on the cover provides the advantage of facilitating the flow and quickly separating the running water.
2. Corrugated rubber packing for blocking odor installed right below the air-intake-hole prevents odors from leaking out from the cover.
3. Separate basket first filters any food waste and residue.
4. All the components are easily assembled and easily detachable, making the product easy to clean.
5. This product is outstanding at blocking odors, because the composed gas is emitted with filtered water through the outlet.
6. Drainage problems caused by sediment deposit are solved by the sediment blocker near the outlet.
7. Corrugated rubber packing on the inlets and outlets prevents leaking and makes the builder’s job easy.
8. Because its material is reinforced plastic (recycled car bumper), the product is strong against impact and damage. Unlike stainless products, it can be used semi-permanently without corrosion or rust.
