[Product Introduction]
UNION product is a type of FORGED FITTING that is used in connecting PIPING.
It is mainly used in petrochemicals, oil & gas and other HIGH PRESSURE materials.
[Main Function]
A joint piping material part that removes conjugates or removes the pipe without rotating it. Only the part has to rotate to conjugate/remove the pipe.
When connecting the pipe or tank, the last area is locked in a screw format and can’t be connected. Thus, the UNION is used. Also, the UNION is used only in particular areas for fixing/maintenance, allowing only that particular part to be disassembled.
If the UNION is not used in important parts, the entire pipe section has to be disassembled, fixed and entirely re-assembled in the event of a malfunction.
Possesses outstanding mechanical attributes due to usage of forged and heat treated resources.
