PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

[ Product Introduction ]

The RK-15 is a rust remover based on phosphoric acid, which contains low amounts of
hazardous materials to the human body and removes rust quickly and effectively. It is safe
compared to products that contain toxic agents such as hydrochloric acid or sulphuric acid
and because it only works on areas with rust, there is no need to worry about damage to the
metal. It forms a safe phosphate film for a short-term antirust effect.

[ Main Function ]

Removes rust formed on iron and forms a phosphate film.
It does not discolor or damage plastic, rubber, wood or paint.
Light rust is removed within 30 minutes and thick rust within 6 hours.

[Instructions]

Remove oil and excessive dirt on the metal surface before use.

Pour R K - 15 in a plastic container and soak the rusted part completely for 30 minutes. If heavy rust remains on the surface, re-immerse item until remaining rust is fully removed.

Allow to dry for 24hours.  Avoid contact with water until item is fully dried.

When using spray or brush, heavily rusted parts may form black or white x-layers. These x-layers are chemically stable and do not affect the following processes such as painting.

Dilute up to 1:1(1 part water to 1 part RK-15) if needed.  For metals other than iron and steel, test on a small area before use.

This product contains acid – wear proper protective clothing such as gloves and mask.
