Three sensors read the wavelength of infrared rays occurred at the outbreak of fire by each wavelength range to analyze whether the detected fire is a real one. Then, the calculation result of three signals is transferred as a fire signal. Therefore, a fire alarm sounds quickly and non-fire (e.g., welding, halogen light, grinder flame) is filtered out. The detector is integrated with a visible light sensor, high performance digital light Lux function (automatic brightness control), and high performance digital temperature sensor (to cope with malfunction in high temperature areas). The detector has improved the use capability by supporting 50m monitoring distance, 100 degree monitoring angle, and 3m welding proximity distance.
As 2M pixel HD IP camera is integrated and linked, the difficulty of deciding fire outbreak is removed, which is caused by the low image quality of regular CCTV installed at industrial sites. Also, images are sent over the Internet instead of using separated equipment, which improves functions, reduces costs, and enhances management convenience.
The fire site can be checked immediately at the control room or using the smart phone of the controller, and can be used to understand the cause of the first by reviewing the context of the fire incident. In addition, external intrusion can be monitored using the motion detection function, and secondary incidents can be prevented and manpower can be saved when installed at a danger area or a desolate area.
