Introduction
Hyosong Foods uses delicate, traditional methods to make salted fish with a deep, authentic
flavor and excellent nutritional value. Over 2 generations, Hyosong Foods has been producing
top-quality handmade salted fish using the best ingredients and motherly devotion. We
produce seasoned squid cuttle fish, seasoned beka squid, seasoned pollack tripe, seasoned
small octopus, chopped and seasoned small octopus, salt-fermented shellfish, seasoned
pollack roe, salt-fermented fall-catch small shrimp, narazuke, pickled peppers, pickled radish
and picked cucumber. We are performing maintenance on our facilities for HACCP
certification in order to establish the safety of our food products, in accordance with the
company ethics of developing safe foods using natural ingredients. We are also building a
new factory that meets HACCP standards. We make delicious salted fish products by starting
with food hygiene inspections for HACCP certification. We developed and registered
Hyojabapsang's salted fish brand "Jeotgarak" in order to approach customers with a friendly
image, and we are constantly striving to become closer to our customers. We aim to become
the customer-focused leader of the food industry by providing customers with safe and
reliable foods, developing a diverse range of products and further enhancing product quality.
We have actively participated in numerous expositions and exhibitions both within and
outside of Korea, spreading awareness of salted fish products. Our products have been
recognized for their quality and are being exported overseas. We took further steps to
produce safe, reliable foods by creating our own laboratory and hiring a quality inspection
officer to carry out frequent product analyses. Furthermore, we are also devoting much effort
into R&D and new product development.
