Existing technology for a dust collection device does not provide high tension. When a brush rotates at the top of fabric of guide roll and generates friction with the fabric, the fabric should maintain its tight tension. However, with insufficient air volume of inhalation and medulla of brush, the fabric of brush are hanged down and twined around upon rotation, especially when considering the fact that fabric (cotton knit) is operated under tensionless status. Therefore, existing technology has not been able to completely remove other substances, including threads, besides foreign substances on a fabric.
This product ventures on escaping from existing method and concept and combines unprecedented bold idea and new technology by putting a fabric under tension to the beginning plate of belt on a printing machine to heat or apply waxing, brushing the dust and applying tensionless, super exhaustion to the remaining dust from scrubbing phenomenon to clean the dust completely.
Especially, based on 20 years of experience in production and field experience in textile dehydration device and dropping cleaning device, this product applies a new technology with a dust collector with turbo fan designed by ourselves and a simple detachable filter for a user to clean and manage in the easiest way.
