CoQ10(Coenzyme Q10) is a naturally occurring substance that plays a vital role in cellular energy production. CoQ10 is produced from the liver but its amount shrinks with age. It was selected as a material used in functional foods for health by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and it is good for anti-oxidation and relieving high blood pressure. CoQ10 is a very poorly soluble substance, and is known to be poorly absorbed by the human body. HydroCoQ10™ is an innovative substance produced by Bio-Synetics with its nanoparticle technology, to overcome the low solubility of CoQ10. Its effectiveness in terms of oral bioavailability enhancement in comparison with emulsified CoQ has been proven with an in-vivo test (Hyang-Mok OK et al. 2012. J Korean Soc Appl Biol Chem 55, 619-623).
