Introduction

Neal Repair is the pipe repairing tape which is made by knitted fiberglass impregnated with water-activated polyurethane resin.

Neal Repair does not stink then you operate it due to it make use of 100% polyurethane resin without solvent and it can fix the damaged part of the pipe easily.

#APPLICATION

1. Turn off the valve to stop a material leakage from a damaged pipe region.
2. Remove the foreign body on the leakage of water region.
3. Wear the gloves and mix well the epoxy putty then plaster the leakage of water around.
4. Open the pouch of Neal Repair.
5. Immerse Neal Tepair for 10 seconds in 20℃~25℃ degree of water.
6. Construct the Neal Repair on the leakage of water region by wrapping spirally.
    [Wrap it 3~5 x-layers according to part]
7. Apply the water on the gloves and rub it more than 5 minutes to eliminate the bubble and mold it
    properly.
※In case of water pressure or temperature of pipe is not so high,

   it can be skipped number 3 procedure as the above.
