Non-destructive testing of all welded parts of the production products to the ROBOT, which automatically inspects the defect of the product to the ROBOT, which is easily checked by the oscilloscope and is easily readable by imaging.
 
 
Features
WORK transport is possible by operating FEEDING ROLLER. With the FEEDING ROLLER operating, WORK rotates and is transported following the angle of IDLE ROLLER. According to the angle of IDLE ROLLER speed is adjusted. Buffing quality is adjusted as well.
IN & OUT STOCKER uses BUFFING LINE as material as putting in and exhausting. With AIR CYLINDER operating, the facility is comprised to put one component at a time. UNLOADING work can be automatized as well.
