Launch Background

We grow organic Schisandra(Omija) and Aronia in the farm around the deep valley at an altitude of 700 meters. These are pesticide-free and do not contain any chemical additives. We cultivate using chlorella. Schisandra(Omija) are used to produce concentrate, Schisandra(Omija) extract and undiluted liquid and Aronia is air-dried and reduced to powder for selling.
We only did farming in the mountain village and now, we are the only domestic farm to manufacture 100% undiluted Schisandra(Omija) liquid and possess a patent on 100% undiluted Schisandra(Omija) liquid manufacturing.
Although it has not been long since we started business, we have put much effort into producing quality products with the best materials and now, we are selling to Daegu Department Store and Plaza. We also sell online.

Schisandra(Omija)’s Characteristics

Schisandra(Omija) is called Omija, because it has five tastes. Sugar-cured Schisandra(Omija) keeps original nutrients and has a lot of natural sugar, because we ripen organic Schisandra(Omija) at a low temperature for a long time.
Schisandra(Omija) concentrate is soft, because it is ripened at a ultralow temperature once again.
Especially, the patented undiluted Schisandra(Omija) liquid is sugar-free and only organic Schisandra(Omija) is used. This only contains sweet flavor of nature for people who don’t like artificial or excessive sweet taste and natural ripening and extracting method is used to deepen the content of ingredients.

Schisandra(Omija)’s Effects

Schisandra(Omija) contains carbohydrate, ash, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1, protein and lipid and it is called Omija because of the five tastes; sour taste of the bark, sweet taste of the flesh, spicy and bitter taste of the seed and salty taste of the whole. Schisandra(Omija) also consists of Schizandrin, Gomisin A-Q, Citral, a-Ylangene, Matic acid, Citric acid, etc., and has pharmacological effects, such as central nervous system stimulation, cough prevention, phlegm discharge, uterine contraction antibacterial effect, blood pressure decrease, cardiotoxic inhibition, Transaminase reduction, antioxidant effect and diabetes improvement. According to Donguibogam(Principles and Practice of Eastern Medicine), 「Schisandra(Omija) protects the lung and the kidney and cures tiredness, thirst and fever.」 Schisandra(Omija) extract water is good for older people or children who cough a lot because of weak organs and when washing hair with Schisandra(Omija)-boiled water, it prevents gray hair by promoting hair growth.

How to Eat

According to your liking, add concentrate to hot or cold water at a ratio of 1(concentrate):5(water). Also, you can add to food or a spoon of concentrate to Yoplait.

We produce and sell sweetened Schisandra(Omija) and Schisandra(Omija) concentrate, 100% undiluted raw Schisandra(Omija) that was developed in 2015, and 100% air-dried Aronia powders. Using fermented liquefied fertilizer containing pyroligneous liquor and chlorella microorganisms, and sulfur fertilizer, we grow crops in an eco-friendly way to produce high-quality raw materials and products.
