Based on the technological knowhow accumulated over the past 30 years, the launching of our new brand R&B in 1997 has upgraded the ready high quality products. Through the new development of B.I., uniformity of design and differentiation of product containers allowed the improvement in product value and customer convenience to achieve the top-grade brand image, making R&B the major brand of Woosin Cosmetics Co., Ltd.
In 1996, the expansion of production facilities have brought forth the adoption of New Manufacturing Technology for the improvement in the product development process, where in 1998, the expansion of hair dye facilities and the development approval of non-pharmaceutical products secured Woosin’s position as a global cosmetics manufacturer.
In 2003, we have obtained the approval for the animal non-pharmaceuticals manufacturing plant, and have obtained approvals of 108 different items. We have improved the technology in cosmetics development through the launching of Encara in 2005, with effective ingredients for whitening, wrinkle diminishing, and sunblock effects.
We have obtained the international ISO 9001 Certification in 2004, and ISO 14001 Certification in 2006, improving the reliability of our products internationally and making it easy for us to supply superior products worldwide.
We have promoted the existing research laboratory to the approved Technology Research Laboratory in 2007, and we continuously are endeavoring in the scientific and full-fledged research on the basis of next generation applied technology. We own instruments for accurate analysis for rigorous quality control, and many professional technicians with years of experience are concentrating on developing new materials and products of high functionality based on life sciences.
In order to provide cosmetics with guaranteed stability and quality that our customers want, we have obtained the certification of CGMP(Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice) and have established a production structure based on research and development by capable researchers and through clean production processes.
