FAQ

How many rolls for MQO?	It depends on blind item. Normally 2rolls per color.
Production Lead time?	It depends on order quantity and production capacity when start production. For samll quanity order 1-2 weeks. Normal quantity 3weeks and bulk order 4 ~ 5 weeks ( FCL )
Finished blind also possible to supply?	Yes, we producing blind fabrics and finished blind both. If customer want finished blind, need essential informaion for customer window size. such as width x height , control side , component colors etc
How long does it takes delivery for finshed blind?	Normally it takes 2days if we keeping stock in our warehouse.
Pay pal payment possible for sample?	Yes it's possible for sample cost.
Aluminum and components also possible to supply?	Yes, total 13colors available for cassette.
What type of blind system possible to supply?	Dual combi and triple system has same cassette. Roller type has different system.
How to packing finished blind?	First insert poly vinyl bag and warp with air bubble. Second banding carton box Third Hard paper angle bar for each edge of carton box

Procedure for blind fabric.

1. Customer send P/O

2. We submit P/I according to P/O detils.

3. Buyer remit 30% deposit to our bank and we start production.

4. We ask customer's forwder detail in Korea in order to secure booking space in avance when production almost colose.

5. We arrange shipment with customer's forwader.

6. Send B/L Copy ( Non-negotiable only ) and invoice & packing list to customer for balance settlement.

7. We release all original shipping x-document by DHL to customer after settle the balance.

Procedure for finished blind ( Customized window size )

1. Customer measure window size ( Width x Height by centimeter )

Inform us control side ( Left or Right ) and component and aluminum colors.

2. We submit P/I according to P/O detils.

3. Buyer remit full payment to our bank and send bank slip by e-mail and we start production.

4. Send carton box ( or boxes ) by courier ( DHL, UPS, FEDEX etc ) according to customer's favourite method.
