To conduct this policy right, HAN YEONG METAL establishes the quality management system based upon ISO/TS 16949:2002 and implements the following:
1. Fulfilling customer satisfaction by active response on requirements and application in quality management system.
2. Specifying job by sections for continuous quality renovation & converting way of thinking to willingness of “Will Do” andbelief of “Can Do”.
3. Trying workers’ best to guarantee high quality level in the casting industry by unity and harmony of all employees.
4. Releasing quality control policy to stakeholders, setting and understanding quality goal for achieving this policy, and reviewing effectiveness of quality management system, improving this system continuously.
