All products which manufactured by ILaserlab, is under 2 year of warranty for Post Sale Service from shipment date in regard to manufacturing defect, except all consumables and that the claims by the distributor in regard to any defect which come from user's fault. User's faults includes not only unexpected accidents, but also the lack of responsibility for maintenance which described in user's manual or prenotice before purchase. All parts for replacement with the reason of manufactural defect in warranty period, will be supplied without any charge including shipping cost under the condition of returning of all malfunctioned parts to ILaserlab for further analysis and quality improvement purpose. For customers's satisfaction, all spare parts for contracted products, will be supplied as long as distributors in each countries, continue to purchase the products, and will be kept as our sock for 5 years after last shipment to guarantee distributor's esteemed reputations in their countries.
