Side incline exercise


How to Exercise
Pull up your abdomen to straighten your back and move your pelvis left and right.
Exercise for 5 mins followed by 1 min break for three reps.
To increase the effect, position your hands on the grip, on your waist or raise upward respectively.

How to Exercise
Pull up your abdomen to straighten your back and rotate your pelvis at 15-degree angle sideways.
Exercise slowly for 5 mins followed by 1 min break for three reps. Repeat several times.
Carry out this movement after mastering the Side Incline and Forward/Backward Incline Exercise.
