Features
Stone Coated Steel Roof is designed and manufactured to withstand all kinds of severe weather conditions such as extremely hot and cold weather, strong wind and heavy rain. Stone Coated Steel Roof can protect the home against destructive forces of nature because of its roofing tiles that are designed to overlap and interlock into a horizontal coordinate system. The fastenings of this horizontal coordinate system are done at right angles, thus creating a roof structure of superior strength, strong enough to resist hurricanes, strong wind, heavy snowfall, and earthquakes. The granulated stone chips on the surface give beauty and additional weather protection to the roof. Stone Coated Steel Roof is a product that can enhance the style of any home or commercial building, giving it a lasting, beautiful look.
ROSER is ISO 9001 certified, CE Market certified (Europe) and BBA approved (British Board Agreement). It was also certified by Japanese Institutions for Fire and Snow, as well as the UL (Underwriters Laboratories) Classified (USA), the Miami-Dade Country Approval (USA), etc. Our roofing products have excellent coating (Galvalume® Steel Base) for protection. They are proven to withstand all kinds of extreme weather conditions.
Our tiles are also extremely lightweight yet incredibly durable. They weigh only about 1/6 of the weight of clay or concrete tiles. Therefore, there is no need for additional supporting structures.
We design and produce tiles for installation in an inter-locking system which provides maximum protection for the home against severe weather conditions like strong wind, hail, etc.
The base metal uses a Galvalume system which consists of aluminum (55% weight ratio but 80% surface volume ratio), zinc (43.4% weight), and silicone (1.6% weight ratio). It has both corrosion-resistant and heat resistant aluminum as well as zinc with unique “galvanic behavior”.
