The LPR System (License Plate Recognition System) uses motion detection to recognize the number plate of a moving automobile,
automatically capture an image of it, and transmits the data regarding the recognized number plate data to the DB.
To achieve this feature, high-end electronic technologies, optic and lens technologies, and computer engineering technologies have been applied to use the filming device based on the traffic amount, velocity, and other traffic information collected through images to recognize the captured image of the automobile with a
detection program, which is transmitted to and stored in DB.
Certain systems are comprised of loop coil and car detectors, but detection errors of loop coil that are generated in a natural state lead to instability. For a more complete technology, motion detection technology must be applied in
capturing the images.
