Easily removable cover structure
Air-plus compressor has door type cover not fastened with bolts but removable style that does not require unnecessary space and time to tighten or loosen bolts. 



Labyrinth seal
Precisely machined labyrinth seal is adopted for rotor casing and bearing side, so that oil and air in compressed casing are prevented from leaking to bearing area and avoid compressed air loss
Also, constant oil pressure is maintained in bearing area, which helps to extend the bearing life. 




Perfect filtering system in triple intake structure
The best filter is equipped to supply clean air. Installing pre-filter at the cover intake port primarily blocks foreign debris and dusts from outside, and keeps the inside of machine clean even after long time operation. Also, the heavy duty air filter is equipped at intake line to prevent damage on screw and internal piping, filtering impurities in 10㎛ or higher level and extending serviceable period of oil.
