ThinkAgent series are software that is compatible with ThinkBox IP-PBX.
 

 ThinkBox IP-PBX is compatible with most of SIP-based  soft phone and smart phone applications.  And Coretree provides open API to the solution providers with NDA for enabling reception of  3rd party software solutions such as controlling IP-PBX directly on CRM, ERP, or call centers and receiving caller IDs and call detailed records. 

ThinkAgent series provides distinctive features from existing free soft-phone program. 

The upgraded features includes controlling IP phones or smart phones by using ThinkAgent software in PCs, recording conversation on IP phones in PCs or enterprise recording servers and simple CRM tasks. 

 ThinkAgent series provided to end user clients as freeware and also customized programs are posted on ITSP’s portal sites. 

ThinkAgent Premium which is a solution integrated with the 3rd party packages verified in the field is delivered thru its own channel. 
And new technical co-operation with other solution providers are possible for new ThinkBox IP-PBX bundle package.
