Shared Folder is a secure workspace for internal collaboration. Only the Administrator can add for different divisions or projects. Only authorized users can access Shared Folders. When new files are uploaded to a Shared Folder, notification message will be sent to authorized users.
 
Guest Folder is a secure workspace where you can collaborate easily with partners. You can add a Guest Folder to create a space to work efficiently with external partners. Add multiple Guest Folders using different IDs and Passwords.
 
  
  
  
File & Folder Link is a secure file-sharing feature that lets you
easily and quickly share large files and folders. Create links to
uploaded files or folders. Assign passwords, expiration dates and
download limits for security, then copy the link URL and share it
with others. Log provides the File/Folder link, Guest Folder, and Login Logs
of each user account. With Log, you can monitor all created
File/Folder links, Guest Folders and Login Logs. Log information
includes name, IP address, and path.
  
  
  
PC Agent is an exclusive browser you can use to transfer files
directly between a PC and the OfficeBox server. All these functions
