Maximize oil separation
Air-plus compressor, complementing conventional oil separation system, secures buffer space for the passing velocity in separator element in separator tank and minimizes changes in the velocity, so as to achieve minimized oil in discharge air, and maximized service period of separator element, and to reduce maintenance cost.
New Unloading System
Unloading system is adopted, that can minimize consumed power in operation through non phased load volume adjustment for load operation, and discharge pressure purge for load free operation. By adopting heat exchanger (water cooling type) made of new materials, it achieves bigger cooling effect and more compact compressor size
High efficiency new tooth type Screw Rotor
For air-plus compressor, high efficiency tooth type screw rotor that combines new computer design by old experiences and modern production technology is applied. This tooth type is made with 4:5 of lobes, and has the shortest seal line and the smallest leakage. This tooth type, having minimized blow hole, reduces torque requirement to produce higher capacity under same power. Consequently, it shows the smallest leakage and power consumption, and the highest efficiency.
