The shopping cart auto washing system is designed to wash shopping carts used at shopping centers. All processes, from inserting to washing, drying, sterilizing and loading of shopping carts can be automatically executed.

In general, shopping carts are used to load and carry goods while shopping in relatively wide places, such as large marts or food corners of department stores. Such carts are used by numerous at almost all large marts because of their convenience.

As a result, shopping carts used by many people tend to get contaminated with foreign substances, such as dust and food waste and this can lead to various viruses or germs or unhygienic states arising that can cause illness to cart users. In consequence, the only alternative is a shopping cart auto washing system which can automatically conduct all processes from inserting to washing, drying, sterilizing and loading of the shopping carts.

3) Using a method of forcefully spraying air with a high-speed multi-step air blower to remove water quickly and cleanly, the drying force has been improved and noise has been minimized.

4) Using a conveyor exclusively for the fast and accurate transport of shopping carts, up to 150 carts can be washed and sterilized an hour.

5) This device is equipped with a treatment system to release used water that is not harmful to the environment. Using waste water created after washing after treating it with a purifying device, the use of new water has sharply been reduced.

 6) With a built-in water tank, this device needs no separate facility. (water-collecting tank – 22 tons, new water tank – 12 tons, tank for recycling – 1.2 tons, tank for dividing oil and water – 2.4 tons)

 7) This product, whose x-frames are made with stainless steel and aluminum to prevent corrosion and to promote sanitation, is semi-permanent.

 8) To promote sterilization and consumers’ safety, sterilizing chemicals which are harmless to the human body were used, so people can do shopping without worry.
