C-SiC materials and components were first successfully used in aerospace and satellite technology. Further development by DACC of this materials and process has opened up the use of the materials for filter cartridge of diesel-fueled vehicles, creating new opportunities for massive applications in automotive fields.
New C-SiC processes and products are focused on providing solutions for customers with the most unique and demanding high-performance material challenges. Our pyrolytic carbon and silicon carbide deposition is used on many critical components for semiconductor fabrication process including heating elements, crucibles, and chemicals.
