Ceramic Etchant

DAC-104C is a cleanser that removes carbon materials and foreign objects produced during the glass and ceramic manufacturing process. It is a highly functional cleanser that is used to remove carbon materials and metal oxidants that cannot be removed easily with normal cleansers.

• Concentration: 3~10%

• Temperature: 20–50℃

• Application method: precipitation, ultrasound

Liquid management

① Determine the initial value by measuring the initial acidity and specific gravity

② When the liquid reaches its expiration date, measure its acidity and replace it with an original solution if needed.

If the specific gravity is above 1.23, replace the liquid entirely.
