Mackerels have around 360 big and small bones. We remove all even the smallest ones hiding inside the flesh for the customers’ convenience. ‘Kids’ Pure Flesh Mackerel’ is a fresh and safe food with less fish smell even when cooking. Its shape and weight are also consistent, which makes cooking and distribution even more convenient. Gills, fins and tail where bones exist have been removed to serve only pure meat.

4. Fin and dark meat are removed since it has a little unsaturated fat and easily gets decayed because of the blood. It can turn carcinogenic when burned.
