① Before oil pressing, preheat for about 30 minutes, turning on the number (6) main (heater) switch.
② Adjust the number (7) temperature controller to 80 ~ 120 degrees.
③ Pull out the number (2) upper plate forward, holding the number (3) knob, to open it, put in the number (27) cushion into the number (25) sesame pail, put the material from which the oil is to be pressed on it, cover the material with the number (27) cushion, put the number (28) French plate on it, close the number (2) upper plate completely to its original place, turn on the number (5) switch to start pressing the oil,after the number (9) pressure gauge rises slowly up to 600kh, the number (8) oil pressing timer begins to operate.
④ Set the number (8) oil pressing timer to 10 minutes, turn off the number (5) oil pressing switch when the oil pressing is finished and the buzzer rings, press the number (10) lever to take out the pressure, then turn up the number (10) lever to its original place, open the number (2) upper plate completely, turn on the number (5) oil pressing switch, then sesame dregs come out slowly from the upper part of the number (25) sesame pail.
⑤ The number (4) Comp switch induces the process of inhalation of the oil standing in the number (12) receiving plate into the number (15) refinery glass pail through vacuum, and refining the oil by making it get through the number (19) filter fabric.
⑥ As to the number (14) air valve located in the center of the number (13) refinery, set the knob of number (14) air valve to the left when using the left glass pail, and set the number (14) air valve to the right when using the right glass pail.
⑦ You may turn the number (14) air valve 360 degrees in any direction with causing a trouble, so use it with an easy mind.
① Refill the oil occasionally so that the vacuum pump may not lack oil.
② Replace the oil-pressure oil once in every 2 years.
③ Once the temperature of pressed material is under 40℃, the oil will be pressed so gruel that the prop of sesame pail will be change and broken. You have to preheat the sesame pail more than 80 ℃.
