In order to produce Phosphorus Deoxidized Copper, you are first to melt high-purity raw materials and then to remove oxygen in the molten copper with oxygen-affinitive phosphorus, keeping the oxygen content under the level of 100ppm. Phosphorus Deoxidized Copper is very excellent in ductility, anticorrosiveness, thermal conductivity, welding, and drawing process ability. It is also free from hydrogen embrittlement even under high temperature processing.
It is used to produce cooler ducts, heat exchangers, radiators, and gaskets. We produce the wide copper coil of 600mm, which is in great demand for exterior and interior materials.
