SPECIFICATIONS

▶ HS Prime Taq DNA Polymerase: 2.5 units/μl

▶ Storage buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 100 mM KCl, 0.5 mM EDTA, 0.1 mM DTT, 0.5% Tween20, 0.5% Nonidet P-40 and 50% Glycerol

▶ 10X reaction buffer: Tris-HCl (pH 9.0), PCR enhancers, (NH4)2SO4 and 20 mM MgCl2

▶ 10 mM dNTPs Mixture: 2.5 mM each of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP FEATURES

▶ Use of monoclonal Taq Antibody

▶ Has the function of excellent Taq DNA Polymerase inhibition compared with polyclonal antibody and chemical forms

▶ Most suitable for a strict condition such as Multiplex PCR and Real Time PCR

▶ Possible to use smaller amount than general Taq DNA Polymerase
