Outline This retrievable aeration system is manufactured under the technical license of Aertec USA, which has accumulated technologies and experience in installation and technical development throughout the world. It allows easy maintenance and requires much lower manufacturing and installation costs. This aeration system applies the EPDM membrane diffuser that is widely used in Korea. Recently it uses HDPE material for both the air diffusing system and the air pipe for easy replacement and maintenance of the aeration system. Features ㆍThe air diffusing system ran be easily retrieved to replace the membrane without discharging the sewage or wastewater in the biological reaction tank. ㆍHigh oxygen transfer efficiency of 25~35%. ㆍThe membrane uses the EPDM having high durability as well as heat resistance and chemical resistance. ㆍAll piping systems use HDPE pipe with chemical resistance and shock resistance more exceptional than PVC.
