Introduction

NTGF_KGF2 is a single,non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 172 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 19.4 kDa.

-ORIGIN : Human

-SOURCE : A DNA sequence corresponding to the mature human KGF2 protein sequence was expressed in E. coli. KGF2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

-PURITY : > 90%, as determined by SDS-PAGE (without β-mercaptoethanol)

-FORMULATION : Lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml)sterile solution in 5 mM sodium phosphate buffer, 80 mM NaCl, pH 7.4.

-RECONSTITUTION : It is recommended that sterile deionized water be added to the vial to prepare a working stock solution of 0.1-1mg/ml.

-STORAGE :Lyophilized samples are stable for twelve months from date of receipt at -20 °C to -70 °C. Upon reconstitution, this protein can be stored under sterile conditions at -20 °C to -70 °C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
