Introduction

NTGF_EGF (rh-Oligopeptide-1) is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 54 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 6.3KDa.

-ORIGIN : Human

-SOURCE : A DNA sequence corresponding to the mature human EGF protein sequence was expressed in E. coli. EGF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

-PURITY : > 95%, as determined by HPLC and Tricine-SDSPAGE (without β-mercaptoethanol)

-FORMULATION : Lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution in water containing 10 mM Acetic acid.

-RECONSTITUTION : It is recommended that sterile 20 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) be added to the vial to prepare a working stock solution of 0.1-1mg/ml.

-STORAGE : Lyophilized samples are stable for twelve months from date of receipt at -20 °C to -70 °C. Upon reconstitution, this protein can be stored under sterile conditions at -20 °C to -70 °C. Avoided repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
