Beam Distribution measurement systems are designed to measure far-field beam distribution of LEDs under study with various driving condition complying with CIE 127 condition A and B. Manual rotation is also available. In production environment most of the lines are equipped with luminance intensity measurement alone not because it it what they need but tact time. Measurement time in any kind of beam distribution measurement systems known has been the hindrance for a long time. There are growing demands for 3D beam distribution measurement in line since specifications for LED get tighter and tighter. LED BLU also generates a lot of problems with the way LED behave and they are mounted. Our new development SDB-300S can measure 3 dimensional distribution in a matter of seconds in line and PCB board or BLU with several hundreds of LEDs are affecting each other in terms of optical output and thermal effect. It can be equipped with fast spectrometer to get general spectral output.
