Plate Heat Exchanger(PHE)
Heat exchanger plates are clamped in a frame, interlocked corrugations from channels through which liquids flow turbulently, resulting in high heat recovery and less pressure loss. The PHE offers excellent opportunities to ease many production processes.

The flexibility of the PHE
- Capacity can be varied by addition and subtraction of plates.
- Flow rate and number of passes are also variable for each project.

Tubular Heat Exchanger(THE)
Tubular heat exchangers are available in various configurations according to product.
Hold and process controls to assure critical temperatures and hold times are satisfied.
They follow a comparable construction format with a single tube or number of smaller tubes enclosed within an outer shell.
The selection of the type and dimension must be done by taking into account product’s characteristics and process parameters.
An optimum dimensioning ensure the appropriate mixing of the treated product, with subsequent uniform temperature distribution and uniform treatment in every point.
Robust construction thermal expansion protection. The use of expansion joints to absorb themal expansion of the pipes, during the sterilization, avoids any risk of fatigue breaking of the tubes.
