Introduction

 ◆ Non-cylindrical work pieces (i.e. L-, T-, or +-types) can be worked at one time with concentricity, roundness, and straightness satisfied.

◆ The cycle time is reduced as the process need not be separated.

◆ The jaw is essential in working with an index chuck for forged portions.

◆ Any type of forged products can be sampled because the portion itself is for working with jaw and tool.

◆ Work can be done at the level of below 0.08 with the inner roughness set as Ra because the chuck and tool centers are aligned when our own tool is used for drilling and reaming.

◆ Our product is excellent in reducing over-cutting that happens often at a contact between tools for L-, T-, or +-type work pieces.
