This system provides automated material handling between production processes for Semiconductor, LCD and PDP production facilities. It is a highly clean stacker system that ensures high level of productivity through optimal material handling and high product quality. The system consists of Loader and Unloader for optimal inter-process material handling, shelf-type Stacker for mass stacking and storage and Stacker M/C(Robot) that performs not only insert/takeout of products but manages the shelf cell number data as an integrated database. Thus, the system maintains a stacker invironment in a highly clean condition.
