Usage
Put red ginseng in the pot ,pour about 0.9L clean water in it; after 30 minutes when red ginseng is saturated in the water, boil it slowly for about 2 hours until the water decreases up to 1/3. Since the ingredients may still remain after the first boiling, make sure to boil it 2 more times; pour about 0.7L water and boil it like the first boiling then mix it with the first boiled solution for intake. Since saponin can be easily destroyed in high temperature(90 or higher), make sure to watch the temperature.
